I was pleased with the hassle-free nature of doing business with Spence. They filled the gas tank up, and serviced the truck before I drove off the lot. I wish they had cleaned up the vehicle better though - it has a lingering smokers smell and the undercarriage is caked with dirt and clay from what appears to be off-road test drives. It appears as though they ran it through an automated car wash, but it really needed a deeper clean than what they give it before I took ownership of it. Super happy with the price and vehicle - Spence will be who I call first next time we need a Chevy. This is our family's fourth Chevy, we've been happy with all of them.

Pleasantly surprised by Spence Chevy. We found an Acadia online that we wanted to test drive. We drove up from Tallahassee, no sales people harassed us, and we enjoyed our test drive. After deciding to purchase the car, there were no hassles, gimmicks, or lies. This isn't your ordinary dealership. All employees are able to sell and they aren't pushy. We actually had them fix something on the Acadia and they delivered it to us in Tallahassee later in the week. Best experience I've ever had in buying a car from a dealership.

They always have great and friendly service.I bought a car there a couple years ago. If am there for an oil change and waiting if Rocky see me he still ask how my car is doing and if I still love it.Wayne is a great problem solver he is always friendly along with Wayne and Christine.
