I was looking to purchase a new F-150 on a Saturday afternoon . I arrived at the dealer around 3:00 and spoke with the salesman while they evaluated my trade. When 5 o'clock rolled around they immediately shut down everything and said that they would give me a call on Monday morning. Well, it's been more than a week and no phone call. Also, there was a couple out front looking at trucks and no one went out to help them.

We are out-of-state buyers and saw a vehicle that interested us. A phone call connected us with Bob Norris who worked with us to complete the purchase.
