Been camping here since 1968, always been my favorite place. Quiet and a bit more privacy than most camp grounds

Great, quiet place, campsites are far enough apart to have some privacy. The stars are beautiful on a moonless night. Quiet water to kayak, and nice trails through the forest.

We had a WONDERFUL time here with our family! Love that it's pet friendly and offers shade options. The store and lake was great! The owners of the location are very kind as well :)

The setting is beautiful but the campground hostess has the most unpleasant, abrasive personality I have encountered in someone in that role. I haven't been out there in 20 years and will be another 20 before I ever would again. If they want to get more people camping I would definitely suggest finding a different campground hostess. She goes out of way to harass visitors to the campground. Luckily she didn't ruin the day, bUT I understand why she chooses to stay out there, she obviously has a hard time getting along others.
