I just moved to the area recently and was planning to run my errands after finishing class. So I grabbed the only 2 twenties I have to exchange for quarters to keep at home (they’re heavy, and I don’t normally carry cash for safety reasons) and stopped by Sparkling Coin while walking back from tutoring before going home, dropping off my textbooks, and coming back with my unwieldy laundry basket. I had barely inserted my money into the coin exchange machine before being berated by the owner? Manager? I’m not sure, but I understood his concern at first. I explained politely that I was coming back from tutoring and would be back promptly with my items to launder. I would have explained my personal cash/coins situation but he kept insisting that quarters were for customers only and would not listen to my explanation and told me to leave. I had been so relieved to find that even without an in unit washer and dryer there was what seemed to be a clean nice laundromat nearby, but I’m feeling quite hurt about my treatment this first visit. I understand the rules, but I didn’t break them! I am a customer, or at least I was going to be within the hour. I was going to come back as soon as possible to relieve suspicions, but after arriving home and feeling sick to my stomach, I think I’ll be going somewhere else to do laundry.

My clothes were neatly folded and with a fresh sent.
I am senior and have had a stroke. I normally wash my own clothes. However, this service was priced fair.
The pickup and delivery was a nice exchange. Next day service.
I also sent my queen Comforter also.
I will definitely use this service again.

Clean, reasonably priced and great service. I washed some nice shirts with dirty socks and a blanket and everything came out smelling great. Walter who works the desk is very kind and attentive. Let me know I left a couple of socks in the washer so I was able to retrieve them. This was my second time here.
