  Sergio was very fast to reply. I did check about 5 different companies before going with Sergio. His prices were more reasonable. He arrived in time with constant communication. Even going upstairs he'd mention he was going upstairs now. He was polite and professional. Used booties on carpet as well. Our carpet was very bad. Some stains didn't come out but I knew that was going to happen. It still looked better than what it was. Cleaner and smelled clean. He also cleaned wet floor area that was sprayed. So I appreciate you. Thank you. Hope you continue staying busy. I will use again and recommend Sergio.

  Plus1 did an amazing job cleaning all the water flood damage to include steaming and sanitizing the carpet. I was also extremely pleased with the quality and efficiency in cleaning the air ducts. Highly recommend Plus1 for their quality, reliability and professionalism.

  Best cleaning service. My carpet had a very bad odor for a really long time had it cleaned by two other cleaning companies and smell was still there. Had the kitchen cleaned never realized how bad it was. Thanks to plus 1 carpet care that got that bad odor out. Highly recommend it.

  Very unreliable. Same day cancellation with zero notification. I have been in contact with Sergio since 7/20 for my move in/out cleaning on 8/14. He was supposed to come at 8 am and it was 9 am when I called him to see what his status is. He apologized and said he should have called but he had a family emergency. It definitely put me in a bind since I have stagers coming and putting my house on the market next week. He called a few days prior to confirm but told me he was double booked but he’ll make it work coming to our place first. I should have known then because the exchanges have been very disorganized but I just went with it because he had decent reviews. I would never recommend his services based off how unreliable and disorganized he is.
