I found Kristin when I was looking to make a career shift in my early 50's. The coaching sessions, exercises, homework, and materials that we worked through were instrumental in helping me to focus on long term changes that would improve my work-life balance, and sparking joy in the work that I do for years to come. Kristin helped me to identify both short and long term goals and gave me the resources and tools to achieve them! I had a wonderful experience working with Kristin, who helped me refine career goals and boost confidence. Kristin was a GREAT resource. She spent so much time with me upfront doing assessments to help me figure out where I wanted to take my career. She was not only knowledgeable but also caring and kind. Since I was making a reentry to the job market after a break of several years, I really needed that extra push and Kristin was there for me all the way. Even though my job search was interrupted for ~2 years by the pandemic, she was still there when I was ready to start again. I thoroughly recommend her and Spark A Career if you're ready to make a career change.
