Went there to celebrate a birthday; with a few friends. Everyone ordered some alcoholic drinks and showed our NJ IDs, 2 of us were told they couldn't accept them because they looked different than the other ones (we have the newer NJ IDs so ours say "not real") Waiter said he'd never seen that so he wasn't sure and took them to the manager, who later came to our table and gave us a whole speech about these IDs only being valid in NJ, you can't drive with them and how we couldn't get in a plane with them; news to us since we had literally flown there and had ordered drinks at every other restaurant with those IDs with no problems. He then started rambling about IDs from other states and just irrelevant info we didn't need and how this is Disney rules (again, we had been using those IDs at every other restaurant in Disney with no problems). Funny thing is a quick Google search will proof our IDs are valid, and FL also has a "real" ID thing, it's just hard to believe that no one in that place had seen those IDs yet.
This whole thing took about 20-30min; in which we hadn't even order our food, completely ridiculous. Finally waiter came back and apologized for not being able to serve us alcohol and took the app and main course orders. He did gave me a free mock tail, which actually wasn't so bad if you like very sweet drinks.
The food was good but nothing impressive. Apps were worth it but main course took super long to come out and paid an extra $15 for 3 shrimps and one of them still had a piece of the vein! At this point I was just over it so didn't say anything, just didn't eat them.
    Dessert was pretty good.
Waiter was attentive and nice; which made the experience a little better. Wouldn't go back to this place though, you can get better food anywhere else.

We grabbed Space 220 lounge reservations for lunch and had a wonderful time. The ride up was fun. Our server was so great and brought us celebratory champagne for our anniversary. We shared the sliders and deviled eggs which were both very tasty. I also got the drink with the cotton candy which was fun. Super fun atmosphere and a great respite from the heat outside. I got a kick out of the astronauts floating by. Would totally come here again in a heartbeat.

This was my first time at Space 220. We were a party of 4 adults and 3 kids. The ambiance is really cool - the lighting and space view windows makes the area feel calm and peaceful, which is a nice escape from the crowds. The service was top notch. Our server was friendly and very patient with us. The mixed drinks were so good! Most of our food was delicious and the presentation was beautiful. One of the entrees was not as good as we had hoped, and they swapped it with something else without a problem. I love Disney Dining!

Dinner for 5 at 4:45 worked great. The experience was good, with a fun 'space elevator' up to the restaurant. Enjoyed the friendly hosts, the cool dim setting, and the relatively personal experience due to largely spaced out tables. The server was fast and helpful. The five stars was for the quality of food, especially considering the high volume. The kids food wasn't fancy, but they loved the novelty moon rocks (pop rocks) drink. My wife loved her medium filet and my crab stuffed lobster was excellent. The desserts were also great.

Reservations were so hard to get, but it was so worth the wait!!! We were treated with great service from start to finish, especially Vanessa who was our AMAZING server!! She was out of this world. And don’t get me started on the food. Honestly it might be the best restaurant I’ve tried in a Disney park and let me tell you I’ve tried plenty. Everyone in my party had different things which we all did to share and try the most we could; the calamari and cauliflower were one of the best appetizer’s ever. Please do yourself a favor and try this place out, you won’t regret it.
