  When my friend and I arrived at the Don Cesar spa, we were able to valet with no issues and find our way to the entrance of the spa (hint: it’s outside). We enjoyed the use of the steam room and jacuzzi until our appointments, however, there was no spa bar or viable options to get a glass of wine.
  
  We both got the petite facial and scalp massages. My facial was done with good technique and information. Then, I went for the scalp massage. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS. Neither of us were satisfied with this service. No pressure points were hit (I even asked for more pressure and less focus on my hair part after 10 mins of light rubbing with her thumb) and I found myself hoping that time was up so I could leave. Unfortunately, the 30 seconds my facialist spent on my head felt better than the whole 30 minutes with a massage specialist. We both left feeling dissatisfied. We will not be back to get any additional services.

  I've been there quite a few times, some just to take a break from my busy lifestyle and some to celebrate something special. Needless to say all the massage therapists and aesthetics Toni,Katie,Izabela,Georgette,Bozena,Deborah,Carolyn,Rosangela,Davida,Chris,Christine,Matt,Joann,Chesly,Andrew are over the TOP service providers. Also if you need your hair done definitely ask for Donald(he goes by Johnathan) Charlotte is amazing as well. I got some pedicures done and Kris,Monica, Maireibyes and Helen are truly professionals.If you are trying to celebrate with a group ask for Jessica she is their splendid sales and group manager. And when you make reservations the concierge team will definitely take care of you, Randolph(their magnificent manager) Roxanne and Haley are simply amazing.Also you know you are going to be taking care at this spa thanks to the attandents Almir,Tasha, Kathy,Scott,Earl and their manager Cindy are delightful.The spa director is an excellent individual I can't remember her name properly I think it's Rianon or Rihanna (not quite sure) and Linsdey their assistant director is flawless.I will definitely be back for more!!! I highly recommend this spa it has beautiful kfeatures and an amazing Golf view!!!

  My husband got me a spa day for my birthday! It was beyond my expectations I felt like royalty! Everything was so clean! It was perfect

  This was the most wonderful massage I have ever experienced! Betty was pleasant, understanding, and thouroughly knowledgeable regarding a shoulder injury I had experienced. She gave me relief and relaxation that lasted for the remainder of our trip. She needs to be commended! Thank you, and I'll be back!

  I had the recent pleasure of having a facial at the Don Cesar Spa and it was delightful. I had no problems with parking, the hotel staff directed me to the spa, and once I entered Rianon gave me a tour of the spa (which was a nice feature). Then I got a facial from Debbie who was the sweetest person! She was just the right mix of information and relaxation, she made me feel so comfortable. I left with the biggest smile on my face and some great advice on how to keep my skin looking great. If you want a luxurious and pampering experience go to the Spa Oceana at the Don Cesar and ask for Debbie. She is fantastic!!

  All I can say is: WOW! I have never felt so pampered in my life as I have at Spa Oceana at Loews Don CeSar Hotel! Valet parking was a dream! Then, as I approached the desk to get started with my scheduled appointments, (a birthday gift), I felt like a celebrity. I was showered with kindness and high quality services, a royal pedicure, a meticulous facial and a massage that fixed some very painful knots that had been a real pain, if you know what I mean. The staff are some of the sweetest people I have ever dealt with in a service function. And I cannot even describe the opulence of the venue! OMG, talk about elegant and so Zen! It was almost a spiritual experience. I am dreaming of going back as soon as possible.
