Amazing venue, a friend took me there for my birthday. I struggled with parking it was a nightmare to park.

There were a lot of people as this place is in easy walking distance from hotels. It is on the beach and offers great views of the ocean.

Friendly people and staff made my visit great. Prices were also very fair.

Caddy's has good food, reasonable prices and a beautiful view! I love going there for breakfast and watching the birds surf through the sand for food. It's also a lot of fun to have dinner there, listen to the island music, and watch the sun go down!

Caddy's has the absolute best beach experience with a great menu, full bar, indoor and outdoor seating and music. Reserve a couple of lounge chairs , side table and even an umbrella, to enjoy the beauty of the beach and swimming, then stroll over for lunch or a lovely dinner at sunset. It's a must-do during your trip along the Gulf. Valet parking is also available.

Visited Florida for a week and stopped by this place. It has a great view of the ocean and is literally on the beach. Parking was a bit difficult but was worth the experience. Our server was really cool. We got our food and drinks quickly. They had live music and I enjoyed it. We sat right on the tables in the sand. There is an indoor and upstairs area. And they have these nets to keep the birds away which is really cool cause no one wants to loose their meal to a seagull. Lol

Went with my family visiting treasure island we were a party of 8 with two toddlers. Everyone received their food except me. The waitress assured me it was about to come out. After 20 minutes we asked and she said it was never put in and that it was about to come out. She then informed someone else in our party my food was never put in and that they just took it off the bill. She didn't even communicate with me, so long story short I never received my food and it was never even put in. It's pretty crappy going to a restaurant for breakfast watching everyone else eat while you "wait" on your food that's not even coming even though you're told twice it was. I think she could have communicated better however it seemed as though she ignored me and my sister in law specifically, everyone else noticed it as well.

Walked down the beach from our rental. Had supper and lunch there. Atmosphere is fun, both waitress and bartender was great. Loved that you can have a beach view while enjoying your meal. They also have beach service to rent umbrellas and chairs. Great vibe.

This place is a good beach spot. I have not been on a busy weekend night. But I can say the couple of times I've gone, I was not disappointed. Bartenders are awesome and if you go up to the bar enough they will get your name, and know what you're drinking. If you go with a couple of friends (my experience) it's great. I mean lets be real, unless you're the type of person who goes and sees a movie on an opening Friday night with 8-10 people then you shouldn't be writing reviews based off your one time, or on vacation, from some fly over state.

Next trip over I'll try the food! Only reason I'm holding back on that fifth star!

Awesome establishment. Great location on the beach. Great service, menu offers something for everyone, good entertainment loved the life size connect 4 game used by our cabana. Loved it. Would recommend and will be back!!!

Becoming a tradition, we love everything about Caddy's. The food is great, the live music isbthe perfect addition to the laid-back atmosphere, and there's no better place to watch the sun set. Can't wait to go back on our next trip.

Very friendly Daffy grapefruit and right on the beach. You can say that a table on the beach with your feet in the sand. I really love their eggs benedict. After you eat you can go for a stroll along the beach then collect seashells or go swimming. They have free lounge chairs and umbrellas and will bring you drinks and food write to your lounge chair. They have a band that plays and a bar upstairs and downstairs. Beautiful views friendly atmosphere

Love this place! Whenever I have guests in town, we visit here! Great food, drinks, music and even ice cream for my little one 😝 The view is amazing and gets you up close and personal to the water. 2 TIPS to avoid disappointment:: 1. No BYOB coolers even if you just want the beach portion as it's ran by Caddy's and 2. Get there early so you can get parking bc it definitely get packed.
Family friendly- generally diverse crowd. Fun even for the little ones on the weekend nights(bring beach toys), but no worries- this ain't no chuck cheese!!(no offense dude) Just my 2 cents..
