  Just trying to book an appointment has been stressful to say the least. Fist time I called to book and full day at the spa I was put on hold so many times because the receptionist wants sure they could add on so many services to their packages. French gel polish deep tissue And so on.
  Booked an appointment on sat just to get nails done to see how I would like the spa to try for full days.. and they called and cancelled 10 min before my appointment when I had already hired a sitter and was on my way.
  Was told that they couldn't do anything for me for my inconvenience so I ask to speak with a manager. They said she wasn't there but would definitely get a call on Monday. Well it's now Thursday and I havent heard anything back so I called. The manager kept saying she has been busy and bringing up things in her life of why I couldn't be contacted. Even if she couldn't someone else could have. Anyways I ask if they could do anything and she kept repeating she couldn't do any thing for free. ( never ask for free) just ask for something to make up for being out the cost on a sitter and cancelling 10 min before. So finally she offered me 25% off of my service after being on the phone and her stressing me out over this. Savings would have been 11.25 really is not worth my trouble to try and book with them any more to save 11.25
  Anyways so since I didn't accept the offer I was told to find another Spa to go to.

  Would definitely recommend this spa. The environment is tranquil and clean. If you are interested in facials, Kat is the BEST. She is so sweet and really tailors the facial to the client. I saw improvements in my skin after only a couple sessions with Kat. I'm sad I had to move away so I can't visit her anymore. Thanks Spa Novus!
