My mother had a unit here and she loved the facility. I came in and paid for her and always thought the staff was great. They keep the place nice and neat and the prices weren't bad at all!

The manager is rude and disrespectfulyou are told one day one thing and the next all you get is a " I don't know, I cant help you"..they are the rudest and everyone that works or is a part of this business is a liar and thief.worst storage facility in Dothan, Alabama

Very nice, well maintained and cleaned. Friendly staff very helpful. I always recommend insurance for your unit because things can happen and it's not the facilities fault. Cover your ASSets it's really inexpensive!

We have had a unit with them for four years, but today we found everything in our unit covered in water and mold.
