I absolutely love SSA. After meeting many different Doctors I chose Dr. Deal to take care of me because he made me feel very comfortable with his professionalism and abilities. When I first met Dr. Deal I noticed right away that he absorbed and acknowledged my vision. I chose to have two procedures done with Dr Deal in 2017, 8 months apart. Both procedures went flawlessly, the results for both are 100% above my expectations, I personally believe it’s because Dr. Deal doesn’t settle for anything less than perfection. Both of my procedures are testaments to this. I have recommended him to everyone that I meet. He made me feel just as good on the outside as I did on the inside. I want to say thank you to Dr Deal and collectively the entire staff’s guidance and knowledge that has helped me through these life changing procedures. Thank you SSA.

I'm forever grateful to Doctor Nease and the staff at SSA. I was seen one day after I called for a consult and received lip filler and also nasal fold filler. Alexis is so pleasant and helpful, initially I only inquired about my lips but opted for filler in other areas after consulting with Doctor Nease. I have been treated a total of 3 times and each time my expectations are exceeded. I look ten years younger! This facility and the staff are exceptional and incredibly talented.

2 years ago I went in for a consultation. I'm older and from the minute the doctor came in the room it was obvious he had very little interest in speaking to me. He was rude and told me that I should get work done soon because my health may fail soon! I know Dr. Gardner from another practice where he had done a procedure on me and I like him quite a bit but really don't want to see him at this practice. Too bad for me I guess.

Everyone at SSA is AMAZING! Dr. Deal did an amazing job and Tammy is the best in town for anyone who wants their face to look its best. I recently had infiniskin. My face looks better than it has in years. I definitely will continue to use them and refer my friends!

I went to Felicia to get laser resurfacing done. The first time I went she did not take her time explaining anything to me and just asked what I wanted to get done. It seemed like she was bothered when i asked her all kinds of questions. I told her I had been researching about laser resurfacing and wanted to know if that would help with my acne scarring. She promised that I just needed 3 treatments and that it would go away. So I did it and didn't see any difference the first time but I knew I shouldn't expect results from one day to another so after 6 weeks I went back for another one and i didn't see no difference at all. It was very expensive, $750 A treatment and to not have seen any results in 2 treatment I thought that was ridiculous.

I can't say enough about the staff at SSA! From the very first phone call to schedule my consult with Dr.Deal through the entire procedure and post followup its been nothing short of perfect! The entire staff was absolutely amazing! Alicia and Connie were the sweetest most caring and supportive nurses I've ever met. Dr.Deal is so incredibly patient, considerate and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was absolutely perfect! I would recommend SSA and Dr.Deal to anyone looking to have a procedure done.

Doctor Gardener is an incredible doctor. He made me feel very comfortable about my procedure from the beginning. He even gave me his personal cell phone number and has been wonderful with any questions. His work is unbelievable and I would recommend to him to everyone. I can't say enough good things about him. Cream of the crop!!! Not many doctors around like him. My favorite doctor of all time.. no joke.
