This dive shop is my favorite dive shop in all of Puerto Rico.
Carmen at the shop was very, very helpful and friendly. I had a minor problem with my equipment and she helped me out with a zip-tie!
Brenda took me out for two dives and she was a great guide. On our second dive, in addition to a lot of marine life, we saw two dolphin pods. It was amazing!!
Sul was the guide who took my daughter and me out for a reef dive and he was great. My daughter had not dived in about four years and he very patiently took the time to make sure that she was comfortable and that all instructions were clear. My daughter had a great experience. We saw a lot of very nice marine life and she felt like going diving again soon.

We had an awesome time snorkeling with Brenda. She was very helpful and accomodating. we had a 4 year old who had a blast riding on her back and on a paddle board all day. Brenda made the day a very memorable one for all of us.

My daughter and I went on a snorkeling trip and had a great time. Our instructor Daniel was great, very helpful and friendly.
The next day I went on a diving trip. It was my 1st time after getting certified three years ago. Thanks to Brenda & Sully I was able to refresh all the protocols and safety guidelines. I ended up going for a 2nd dive with them, and I felt even better in the water. Diving is a challenge for me, but the experience is alway a positive one when having good instructors. Booked this tour as an alternative to a snorkeling trip that got canceled in Fajardo. My youngest daughter ended up getting sick and so my husband and her stayed back while my oldest and I went snorkeling. No problem with last minute cancel. Received a full refund. We had Phil as a guide and it was nice to have him all to ourselves for a 9a safari snorkel tour. Would highly recommend Rincon Diving and snorkeling tours. Cannot recommend them enough! Thanks Phil!

Went diving with today (end of Nov) and had the best time. We are all novices, and the trip was super chill with a small group of just us 3 and the dive master - Daniel. The team was super helpful getting us checked in and setting up the equipment, and picking 2 great sites for the day, given the recent rains. Daniel was a pro, checking on us frequently to be sure we safely got the most bottom time out of our tanks, spotting some good sea life along the way, and cleaning up some trash.
Definitely recommend this shop for a chill morning of diving. Just what we needed today!response / report this review
