Agent Tami Johnston has gone above and beyond to help me with our car insurance needs. She is always eager to help and is always gracious in answering any question I have had. I feel fortunate to have Tami as our agent!

I have over 45 years experience as an insurance customer. In that time, I have had only two outstanding insurance representatives. Beth Schlies is one of those. I am a recent new customer of Southern States. I shopped various companies and agencies. Beth's thoroughness was far better than any of the others. I was quoted the same auto/home insurance company by another agency. But Beth's quote was more thorough, understanding my specific risks without guessing at the assets she was asked to protect. In addition, the quote was lower because she actively sought discounts and questioned me in order to see if I could qualify for those. She is an absolute pleasure to deal with and responds promptly when information is needed. I look forward to working with her in the future.
