Horrifying experience! Got a new roof installed by them on June 26th due to a bad storm. On July 12, it rained and my ceiling leaked. How do you get a new roof installed and then your roof leaks. Called them to inform them of the issue and they said that they would take care of it. Not once did they offer to look at the damage inside my house or offer to make repairs to the interior for their mistake. Then on around July 20th, several packages of shingles showed up on my driveway, still with no communication. On July 27th, the sales rep (Chad) contacted me wanting final payment. I informed him that the work has not been completed. He said yes, they came out today. Wrong answer, since I was on vacation, I just happened to be home all day and nobody ever came to our home. Then on August 8th I was contacted again about final payment, I informed him again that the shingles in my driveway are still there untouched. On Tuesday, August 11th, I think that they came out and did some work, but not sure if they fixed the issue since they don't communicate. Then I get an invoice that is 3k more than the original quote that I signed when I signed them up to install my roof. I hope that nobody uses this company, horrible about communication and horrible quality work.

Brett was exceptional- He stopped by to give a free estimate and notice one of my shingles off- He put it on for free even though my roof is in great shape. I had called several roofing company to come replace the one shingle and it wasn't worth their time. Thank you BRETT- You're AWESOME Janice J

They replaced a roof VERY POORLY and it is leaking. I have been calling since Fall 2018 and now its Sept 11 2019. Poor Company. RUN !!! Now the unfixed problem has caused mold to grow on my ceiling. My ceiling was freshly painted prior to roof being replaced. I would not recommend them. Poor management. Poor Quality Control and Salesmen never followed up to make sure I was taken care of. He has been paid so he does not care.
