Adam was great and Jessica in the office was great. However, the painters painted ONE ceiling in my living room and charged $1200.. did an
awful job, and got paint splatter on my floors. I wish I could say the entire experience went well however, I can honestly say I will never use this company again.
If it hadn't of been for Adam and Jessica I would have given 1 star for the service that was provided by the painters.response / report this review -

Do not use! Bought a house from someone. During the process, a storm messed up the roof. The previous owner delt with the insurance company and Pyramid. A year and a half later, the roof is already leaking. As I’m fixing the roof, I discovered they put shingles down into a hole in rotten plywood. They then shingled right over that. Further more, I found out they did not even get a permit for the job. If you want a good roof and done correctly, look somewhere else.

Just had them re-shingle my roof. Adam was great and very accommodating. I have no complaints. Overall a good experience and I highly recommend them.

We would highly recommend this company. We would also like to especially thank Adam for his exceptional customer service in answering our many questions about our Moms home in Georgia with us being in Ohio, giving us total peace throughout the entire process. He is a tremendous asset to this company. The installation and clean up went smoothly, and we are extremely happy with the results. We would unquestionably recommend this company to anyone wanting a quality job at an affordable price. Thanks again for everything!

Love the new roof! Adam was great to work with and was very patient with all our many questions. Pyramid's crew showed up early and was hard at it before the sun was up and the roof was completely finished by the time we returned home after work. We are super satisfied with the look of the roof and the job that was done by Pyramid. We talked to several different companies and are happy we chose this one.
