Well first off the girl sucked her teeth when I walked in. I had to tell her twice what I wanted she had a nasty attitude from me interrupting her with me trying to spend my money in the store over half the cookies were hard and dry but to top it off I was charged twice so I go in to talk to the manager on duty who is the gm's son and low and behold he has an attitude as well told him what was going on and he swiped my card to issue a refund then tells me it will be "a few days " to get the refund .. problem here I have a prepaid card which you have to have a reload card to load any money on it so I know I'll never see my 17$ again

Bad service, disgusting cookies. When I walked in they were being rude with a customer, which should have warned me. I ordered the 5 cookies for $5 and get 1 free. The problem is it rang up as $8.51 with tax. I explained that I thought the 6th cookie was free, like the sign says and like the deal she just asked if I wanted to try. The worker said, yes but if you get the 5 for $5 the 6th cookie is regular price. I said well that's not free and I tried to explain that it was an expensive "free" 6th cookie. Of course, the person started to argue the economics of how I should understand this free cookie. After I realized I wasn't talking to a normal person, I thought forget it maybe its worth it. I was wrong. The cookies are great if you like cookie dough and excessive sugar, but I prefer cookies that are baked for the right amount of time and actually taste like the type of cookie it is. I tried 4 different types and they all tasted the samelike the unbaked dough from a sugar cookie. I'm sure this place will go out of business like every other mall cookie store. If you're going to have high prices, at least have delicious cookies! I believe that's how it works.

Amazing! They made a 16 in cookie at the drop of the dime for me to ask my wife if she would marry me. Will have me as a customer for life!
