I had 6 laser treatments here. Within 3 months hair was coming back slightly. A year later just as much hair as before. 2 years later more hair than I ever had. The owner made it clear at the time if after 6 treatments if the hair ever came back it would only be $6.00 for each touch up spot/area. When I called to make that appt, the receptionist was rude and said we’ve never done that and we can’t do that. I asked her to speak with the owner and call me back. Now they want me to come in for a “free” consultation so they can decide what my charge will be. I already had a consultation before & I’m a prior patient. I’ve also paid a lot of money to them for this. I’m a multipreneur with several businesses. This should not have been handled this way. The reason I stopped going to begin with is my mother, friend and I were all given random, different price quotes for the same area. All three of us chose different places because of this. The owner has always been nice but not fair. The receptionist was rude.

SCL is a warm welcoming place for many different services! SCL has been taking care of my needs (i.e., Vbeam, Laser Hair Removal, LaserMD, massage, facial, Botox, skin care needs) since August 2012. I have complete confidence in the SCL team and feel like they really listen and care about my needs/concerns. I have referred many people who love SCL just as much. You will not know what you are truly missing until you visit them and try a service there. You will be hooked. Cindy, Samantha, Carolyn, Taryn, Jenny, and Shelli are a wonderful group of professionals who I completely trust and have enjoyed getting to know very well over the years.

Cindy, Shelli and the staff at SCL are amazing. I’ve been coming here since 2014 and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else! Cindy is knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable from day 1. My confidence has skyrocketed and I have to give thanks to her and the amazing staff here. I highly recommend people considering laser treatment to come here. She has the appropriate laser machine for all skin tones and will have you hair free in no time!

This place is great! The staff are friendly and helpful the moment you walk through the door. I have had many procedures from Botox to Cool Sculpture and am very happy with my results.
I know cosmetic procedures are not for everyone but I feel really good about the results. I know that I will continue to come back!
I have witnessed firsthand how much depth goes into making sure you understand what your getting done. I have referred friends and family and everyone has had positive experiences.
