Went there on a Monday for a SIMPLE belt and blade change, got told it would be ready for pick up on Thursday. Thursday I get there only to be told that it isn't done, and it wouldn't be done any time soon, that their commercial customers had priority and that my machine would just sit there until they were "good and ready to work on it", and that they catered to the commercial accounts always and the cash customers can go elsewhere. I will NEVER go there again, the Manager was extremely RUDE and unpleasant, and doesn't deserve to be a Manager!!

I took an old mower that wasn't running properly in for service. I got the mower back the same day and it is running great. The price was very reasonable also.

This shop charges extra fees that they do not tell you about until work is performed. I took a chainsaw chain in for sharpening. They had a sign up saying chain sharpening was $8.00. When I paid my bill it was for 10.52. There was a charge for "environmental fee". That is a deceptive practice and has nothing to do with the environment, it has to do with extra profits. I will never do any business with this Company in the future.
