  Great dealership. They had a great selection of trucks. I was able to leave with what I was looking for. The sales guys are awesome, and the whole buying process was a breeze with them.

  I had a couple of problems in the cabin of my car and no extra funds. The manager came out, checked everything out. He fixed one problem and assured me that the other problem would be okay for a while longer if I preferred to wait. He was very nice and definitely went out of his way to help me.

  Service Department was completely unhelpful. We had Ford Roadside tow our 2018 model vehicle to them. Not only did they disregard our emergency of being broken down in South Georgia, they were quite unpleasant about it. We had the vehicle removed from their dealership immediately. We do business with several Ford dealerships across the Southeast and I can say this was the worst Service department experience so far.

  I have always been treated real good, by Michael and the people in the service department. Prices are good and they do their best to make it convenient. If there service department is this good at taking care of there, customers. I can only imagine how great they'll treat a car buyer.

  Many places I have been too don't treat you like you would hope. Small town like Blackshear everyone seems to take time just for you. No different at Mike Burch Ford. Treat you like they have known you forever.

  I've bought many vehicle from Mike Burch Ford and have had experience in all areas of their business. From sales, service, parts and new friendships, you can not professionalism than what they offer. Small problems to large ones, they know how to fix them all. So, if you need a new car, just a service, tuneup or a part l suggest you stop by and try Mike Burch Ford.
