Came for lunch twice in one week. The 1st time I thought maybe they were just having not having a good day, but the 2nd time was worse than the 1st. 99% their plates had left over food from not being washed correctly. The salad looked like it had been sitting for a while and it was only 2pm. The chicken noodle soup tasted old the chicken tasted expired. Not to mention 15 minutes later I was in the restroom with an upset stomach but Friend and I ate two different salads and two different soups but yet we BOTH GOT SICK!! It's now been two days since we have eaten there and are stomachs are jacked up. With being a restaurant manager serious changes need to be mad at this location. The back of house is not up to par. They are responsible for the quality of food that is being prepped & served to f.o.h and the customers are suffering. This location serves to more elderly and of age customers they are not nearly as busy as other locations.

Souplantation is a buffet style restaurant chain. Their salad bar could be a meal in itself. The have seasonal items that make it a different experience. The soup bar has at least six deferent items, all made from scratch. In addition there is a pasta bar, dessert bar with fresh fruit, and a pastry table. My vegetarian and vegan friends were able to find items that they enjoyed.

I always enjoy going to the Souplantation. It's near to where I live. It's clean, the staff is friendly, it has a large beautiful salad bar with lots of variety, 5 or 6 types of fresh hot soups, delicious freshly baked muffins, corn bread, focaccia bread, pasta, ice cream, fresh fruit, and more. I usually get the Lunch or Dinner Combo to go. Reasonable prices too.

Every dish taste as if it came from my kitchen. No bland, tin or bottle dishes on this visit. The ingredients in the salad did not have a fake taste to them. A fresh salad, pasta, flat bread, soup or muffin was constantly coming out. The flat breads were great with the soups, just a really great meal.

We like this place. The salad ingredients are fresh, good variety of soups and breads/muffins. The pasta isn't terrific, but makes for a nice side dish. If you want a good salad with plenty of side dish choices for a very fair price, this is your place. Don't forget to tip when you leave. Those folks work hard.

This is the BEST RESTAURANT EVER a whole lot of food choices this food WAS NOT RUSHED. If I could give this place 100000000 stars I would. it is all so heathy for kids they have a lot of Greens every thing is so detailed they have a lot of soups too please rate this place 5 star

Pretty good, not bad. They lack in vegan prepared salads & desserts though. It's hit & miss. Sometimes it's a 5 star visit and sometimes it's only a 2 star. Inconsistent. Always seems fresh. Vegan "creamy" soups are fantastic on the rare occasion that they have them.

Prices used to be fair, but has increased dramatically over the last 2 years. A family of 4 coupon meal used to be $21, and now is at $32 (taxes included). We used to go there on a weekly basis, but will now only go there when other options are exhausted. For comparison purposes, a family dinner of 4 at the Thai restaurant next door costs us $25.
They still have a shortage of eggs or what? It's been about half a year and still not serving eggs at this location. Other locations have eggs. SMH

Horrible experience! Left to get food after salad and came back to the table being cleared, even with the card out. Utensils weren't clean nor were the plates! Told the staff and was told they were clean. My first and last time going. My girlfriend loved this place, until now. Hometown Buffet has them beat, and they aren't even good!

Had been a regular customer over the years, but went twice this past week and was thoughly disgusted. Filthy trays and plates, food all over the floor, salad line was absolutely trashed. Don't know if this location changed management or what. I will give it one more try in a few months to see if it is any better.

Great evening. Food fresh, filled, and great strawberry salad. Only 4 stars because table was not cleaned timely. We sat with dirty dishes and had to clear them ourselves at one point.

Food was decent. I liked the spinach inspired entrees. The reason it got 3 stars is at essentially $15 per person (with drinks, without coupon) I expect to be seated at a wiped down table. Instead we were met with what was very apparent to us red liquid/sauce. I had to find the seating guy to come back and move us(I also would have accepted them wiping the table real quick). Also, no napkins and no silverware with several people standing around by the register zoning out.
