I can’t thank Sound Plumbing enough. We had a water leak from the house to the street. Mark came out as scheduled, access the problem. Kept me informed when he arrived and his findings. I agreed to move forward with repairs. Mark and crew showed up on time, did an amazing job. You would never know the work was done. All my landscaping was put back just the way it was. Communication was great!
The work was very professional. I wouldn’t use anyone else. Being a property manager years back and dealing with many contractors I would definitely highly recommend Sound Plumbing. Professional, reliable, and best of all reasonable in price.

We have 10 properties that we manage. We have used Sound Plumbing exclusively for all our plumbing repairs and services since 2014. Sound Plumbing is honest, prompt, reliable, and reasonable. We have never had any issue or follow up problem with their repairs or services. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

This is one of the best plumbing companies in town. I love them!! I have been steadily using them for approximate two plus years.
I always know that I'm going to get excellent service whenever Mark is on the job - I manage 55+ condos and he goes above and beyond all my expectations and constantly impresses me with his attention to detail. No matter how difficult or frustrating a job might be - he stays positive and works until he finds a solution. The office is organized and friendly and also help make scheduling repairs easy for me. This place is a joke. They have "time" to install a water heater improperly, but don't have time to help you out when there's no money in it for them. All we wanted to do was drop off our broken heater, so we could get our new one. Of course we don't want you to install it. You're the ones that messed it up in the first place. Not to mention your services are grossly over priced. It's a sad state of affairs when you can't help someone because it's the right thing to do. My parents had to spend over a month in a hotel because of their unwillingness to help. Thanks for nothing. I'll make sure my company (managing over 100 local properties) never uses your services again. Furthermore; I plan to let everyone of my 100,000 following know that this place is no good. I'll sleep better at night knowing you've lost business. Maybe that's worth something.

We had a underground water leak and Sterling and Hector were awesome. Pulled pavers, replaced water line from street to house. Replaced everything, pavers,plants and cleaned up after each day. Finished ahead of schedule. Excellent service.

We are so grateful to have a company in Las Vegas like Sound Plumbing & Heating. We called them on a Friday and the job was completed as soon as possible. It was affordable and done right. A family owned company that is ethical, professional and honest.

I've had a few plumbing companies come out for the same problem. Everyone was stumped. Didn't know what they were talking about (in retrospect since I'm not a plumber myself). Darren was the first plumber to make sense and actually fix my problem! Office was extremely nice to deal with. They were able to come out quick as well!

I have been using Sound Plumbing for years for both my home and my commercial building and business. They are always on time and their repair technicians are always courteous and very knowledgeable. They assess the plumbing issue and charge accordinglyI have never been over billed. I will not use any other company for my plumbing needs as Sound Plumbing has earned my business forever.

Sound Plumbing did a fantastic job replacing our water softener in excellent time. Mark was very professional and completed our job in a timely manner. The office staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with advice even encouraging me to look into my options before scheduling the total replacement. Highly recommend their service to anyone!

I had a very bad experience from this company. I called them on Tues (9/20/16), before driving to Vegas to have a garbage disposal replaced. Sandy was very nice & she even scheduled it for 4-5pm, but then she said the plumber told her he can not do it bec they worked all night. So we scheduled it the next morning (Wed 9/21/16). I was supposed to call her back to give her my LV address ( I don't remember my LV address by heart). As soon as I arrived in Vegas, I bought all the materials to be installed. I called the next morning, but it was the answering service & I was told that they open at 7. I called back after 7am, and I gave a man my address and phone number to give to Sandy to call me back so I know what time they are coming. Did not hear anything, so after 8am, I called back again and I ask for Sandy. Unfortunately she was not still there, so I explained to the girl who answered the phone about my situation and she seem to be familiar with it, but I was told that they can not do the job until the next day. I told her that I needed it done as I am going back to California right after the garbage disposal installation. I needed it done bec I have guests coming the next day (9/22/16), I wanted to have a working disposal. So she gave the phone to Kevin and I was told that their plumbers are busy & have emergencies so mine will be the next day. I was so dis appointed bec I was supposed to go back to California right after the installation is done. So needless to say, I got on the internet again looking for someone who can do it this morning. Thanks for MC Plumbing! They came to the rescue! As a business owner myself, I am appalled by how other businesses do business. In my business, when we tell people we will take care of it, we have our "word"we take care of it. Unfortunately, there are others like Sound Plumbing who are obviously just after big bucks and replacing a garbage disposal is too small of a job!. BAD BAD SERVICE! I will give them a below zero star if there is, too bad there is none, so one star is still too much for them!
