I used sonic for many years. Then when I wanted to cancel my monthly service I was told they had removed my router and firewall when they installed their own. They want their “Proprietary equipment” back now. I told them to install another router for me and take their equipment back. I offered to pay for them to do that too. Unfortunately they refused to install a router, so now I am stuck with their equipment and they won’t even supply the usernames and passwords for that equipment for me to switch it out. So I am stuck. Buyer beware. Everything is fine till you cancel then they hold you hostage for their equipment and you can’t get into yours because the password problem.

We've been using Sonic for years for our small business and personal computer & IT needs, and have loved working with Tim, Ryan & Nathan, and now Rebecca! Just this last week I was fed up with an issue I let go for too long, and Ryan got to the bottom of my woes in less than 24 hours, had me fixed up with a new hard drive in less than 48 hours AND I did not have to re-install any of my business bidding programs or accounting program (and let me tell you, the prospect of having to re-install ANY of those items was stressing me out big time, because it NEVER goes smoothly!). I know enough about computers in general to get myself in trouble, and can occasionally find my way out of minor issues, but I know that beyond a doubt, I can count on Sonic to bail me out of any minor OR major computer issues. Thank you, Tim, Ryan, Nathan & Rebecca for friendly, professional and great service!

We've had various network and internet issues at our company, including a massive server fail. Sonic Systems was able to completely salvage our data, and provide us with excellent results each and every time. Highly recommend them to anyone needing computer or networking solutions.
