Great, Speedy, and kind service! The staff used to be pretty bad there but they changed out their entire staff including the manager and now its a great hangout

The gentleman who took our order, "Keegan" was VERY unprofessional. He was rude and arrogant as my husband was trying to order, there is absolutely no reason for that behavior especially when we were trying to order our food. I can't imagine how he would handle a situation if a customer was unhappy with their food. Will be glad to drive to Ottawa Sonic from now on.

YOU order something such as 6 jr breakfast burritos with no salt our seasoning, & you'll get 6 tiny empty, previously cooked meat, with hardly any cheese with salt burritos. I'm unsure if they give Military discounts because after that experience 8 months ago I haven't gone / ordered from there!!!

Bad food horrible service took an hour to get my food so we left next time we went back took about 20ish minutes and the order wasn't even right at all. I think they gave me someone else's order and when you complain about it they take even longer to run back out too you. I would choose to eat somewhere else worth my money. The food is SO DRY.

Please don't go here. Every single time I've been to this location my order is goofed up. Normally I wouldn't write a review about it, but after this last time I am urging everyone to save yourself the hassle. I ordered a chicken strip sandwich ($1.49) and a drink and my total was $8.13. They ran my card before I noticed that the kid at the counter rang me up for a whole other meal. I received the right item, but when I asked for them to fix it they took my receipt inside and brought me a refund receipt for the difference. I checked my bank account today and instead all I see are two charges and no returned amount. So I was double charged somehow for their mistake.

The Baldwin City Sonic specializes in getting your order wrong consistently, like clockwork; every time.. Having to drive back is frustrating enough, but twice? Unreal. 3 trips in one night and despite the manager apologizing profusely we still didn't get the coupons offered nor did the kid that messed up our order apologized, nor did we get our food comped. It's like an episode of Twilight Zone.

Every time we've ever decided to stop here for a bite to eat we have ended up regretting itand I mean EVERY time! The wait is crazy long no matter how many other customers are there. It's the same loooooooooooong wait whether there are twenty cars there or two cars. The food is awful! So bad it's been inedible at times. I would discourage anyone from visiting this establishment. The ones in Lawrence are really good but this one in Baldwin is horrible.

They have always been decent attitude, attire and food is what's been ordered, nice and warm. All in all they are a good place for a quick bite to eat. Nice 😃

My sister and I were at the "Hop" thru. They weren't busy AT ALL it was just us and another car. We had multiple drinks I was trying to order as well as our own, the lady told us to go park in a spot and push the button when we were actually ready to order

Its a waste of your time and money here. First off their customer service is literally the wrost I have seen, I get the customer is not always right but I work in fast food and when have two different people giving you two completely different reasons for your order being more than it should be and inn is never a good way to start there's something obviously not right. And the last time we ate at this location it took about 20 minutes to get two combos with only one other car in the lot. It safe to say if you want fast food with good customer service in this town go to taco bell or pizza hut
