  We had a fountain-sized leak in our basement in the main line. As it was a Saturday, our normal go-to plumber was closed, so I gave Roto-Rooter a call. Kyle came over quickly and the poor guy spent over two hours in our basement working on a clog that the previous homeowner neglected to address. Kyle was super knowledgeable, patient and hardworking. He completed the Jon with a positive attitude and even gave us some tips to avoid clogged pipes in the future. What a great experience! Thanks :)
