Came here after a very delayed flight. There was no one on night shift and No way of contacting her no sign up or bells to ring. Got the phone number from google and called a HelpDesk which then called her and was finally served. She was nice about it though but not the best initial impression. I normally stay at the doubletree but thought I would give it a try here don’t think I’ll come again.

Nice place, clean, staff was great and the room was comfortable and plenty big enough. We had a two bedroom suite and a kitchen. Perfect location.

Rooms were very clean and cozy. We had six people in a one bedroom suite. Beds were comfy. Toilet plunger kept breaking hence the 4 star rating. We went to a Halloween party in Salem, was approximately a half hour drive. Free breakfast was meh, but free is free. I would stay again

Rooms were clean, friendly staff, only thing I didn't like was a contract that we had to sign because we had a dog with. It stated that if they received 2 complaints about the dog barking that we would be asked to leave. Now our dog is typically very well mannered and rarely barks but it is a dog and we can't make guarantees if we don't know how he's going to react in a hotel. This is something that should have been mentioned previously to arriving and it was not.

My co-workers who visit from other countries have used this hotel many times; I've never heard any complaints. The location is good: less than a 5 minute drive from the intersection of two fairly large highways and there is a lot of parking.

Do too my family having a pipe burst in our home ; we had to rent a hotel. So Happy we chose Sonesta suites. They made an exception for my family due to extreme circumstances. For that im grateful. Now the hotel. From Yelissa at the front desk being very friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to for my princess to get a basketball. The breakfast awesome! Clean rooms and dynamite decor. Many more names to mention I just forgot.Im an unofficial brand ambassador of Sonesta ES Suites Burlington Ma.

Great hotel! Good price. Far enough from Boston to be out of the traffic but still close enough to get to events in the city.

Perfectly passable suite-style hotel. For those familiar with Marriott properties, it's basically a small step below a Residence Inn. Rooms were decently sized with a small sofa and a kitchen bar table. Breakfast, however, was pretty mediocre. Small selection, nothing exciting with a basic egg, meat, potato option for hot food and a standard selection of pastries, cereals, fruit, and yogurt for the cold meals. Don't expect decadence, but absolutely nothing wrong with the place.

The resort is gorgeous and the room is so lovely. The front desk is very helpful with any questions I asked. They also were very accommodating for any handicapped issues I had. The complimentary breakfast was some of the best ones I ate and the corn muffins were delicious! The doorways in the rooms were wheelchair accessible and wide enough for anyone to go through. The only problem I had was that the pool was not open. Apparently, up north pools are only from memorial day to labor day. Good thing I live in Florida! But all in all, this is a stunning, welcoming place to stay and you won't be sorry!

Love this place! It is my home away from home. I can make my own cup of tea in my room with the small kitchen in my room.

Felt more like a bad apartment building than a nice hotel. Upon arrival I was greeted with unpleasant cooking smells permeating the halls and my room. The halls were in disrepair with peeling wallpaper and holes in the sheet-rock. The floors were to thin and, based on the sounds of stomping, the guest above me must have been visited by Godzilla nightly.

Adorable and cozy lobby and friendly staff. The room was like a studio apartment with all the amenities I could expect from a well furnished apartment. Worth every penny and would definitely return in the future
