In six months they built us a beautiful well constructed home to with stain hurricane force winds. It's like living at a resort area and never going home. The amenities are plentiful. The lifestyle here is top of the line. Your in a great neighbor where everyone is so helpful to you. Check this place out you will not be disappointed in fact you might buy one.

We were going to buy in another community not far from Solivita. As we passed several communities we stopped in "just to look". When we drove into solivita, before we made it to the sales center and models, I was ready to buy. 14 pools, . insane, lawn landscapping and care and Cable TV included in the HOA fees? Is there a reason to think more about this..? . Our home is being built this week and we move in May 2018. I am glad discovery days let me swim in half the pools. lol vacation for a lifetime.

Over 55 community but its completely amazing everything in the same place your bank, restaurant pool over 5 golf doctors and more gym

The facilities are very nice. The models homes look great. The place looks like a small city. The staff is very friendly.

We visited several gated communities in Central Florida. Actually, we visited Solivita to rule it out as we had found another community in which we planned to build. After visiting Solivita we bumped it to the top of our list. It isn't too big nor too small. The home layouts are better than any others we visited and the prices are reasonable. We visited a few months later and signed a contract to build. We are now Solivita residents and we have found that the only thing better than the beautiful landscape of Solivita are the wonderful people that we now call neighbors and friends! We never believed that life could be so good!
