Called one afternoon, heat was back on first thing the next morning!! Very friendly staff.

We had a complete new system installed by a different company (we were forced to use through our home warranty) and within months our system stopped working. We had a couple companies out that could not give us a correct diagnosis. We called Heat and Cool and they came out, found and diagnosed the problem and had us back up and running in no time. We will forever use them for our HVAC needs and I am going to tell everyone I know to use them as well!

We have had the guys at Heat and Cool install a new AC, new furnace, and today they did our insulation in the attic. That is a messy job! I was very impressed with how they took the time to be conscientious about our personal property not getting insulation all over it. They helped us move some property in the attic so it wouldn't get destroyed, they swept up the mess before they left. They treated our home really well and I was glad to see that. They've always made themselves available to us when it is the dead of winter and we have no heat. Now that we have a new furnace, I don't see that happening, but they treated us the same when we had a beat up old furnace and AC and they are still there for us now that we have all new. We appreciate them being there for us when we need them. Very professional at explaining what they are doing as well.

This summer heat is brutal when our air conditioner stopped working without warning I imagined the worst. But Heat and Cool came to the rescue and discovered that it was only a small problem. I purchased one of their service packages and had them check and clean everything. Great prompt service friendly knowledgeable staff had us back up and running in a timely manor. Thank you Heat and Cool!!!

They were very fast in getting to my house and had my heater up and running in no time. Will use again for all my HVAC needs.
