My wife and I recently purchased our first house and all it had was baseboard heaters and window unit air conditioners. I called Nathan and he explained to us all of our options. He also taught us what the different efficiency ratings mean and helped us make the best decision for our house. He did great work from start to finish! No scratched floors or walls and he cleaned up all of the mess. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I can’t say enough about Solace Heating and Cooling. They were recommended by a friend who said Solace replaced their old furnace with a new high efficiency furnace. I called and Nathan came out to give me a quote the next day. I was very impressed with the different options he gave and how he explained the main differences between them. We scheduled the install date and everything went perfectly. Would highly recommend Solace Heating and Cooling to anyone looking for a quality furnace or AC.

When solace first came out, they diagnosed the problem immediately. I had other companies out this past winter when I received my outrageous heating bills, and they just did some "maintenance" that did not make any difference. Come to find out, my heat pump was not working all winter and my back up emergency coil heat was my only source. I found this out within 20 minutes of solace diagnosing the furnace.
Nathan was a very honest person to deal with. He explained what was going on and the different methods of repair. I had options to replace the compressor or the heat pump. He priced out both for me. After discussing my future plans with Nathan( I am going to be adding a 600 square feet room addition this fall) , he recommended upgrading my furnace to a 3 ton unit to ensure it can handle the extra space of the addition. This made the most sense since I would already be out a significant amount to repair the heat pump. I told them I would get other prices and opinions and get back with them. I wanted to sign up with them immediately, but I always get additional estimates to compare. After getting other quotes with other contractors, I decided to schedule the installation with Solace and I am so glad I did.
Nathan and Isaac showed up on the morning of the installation exactly on time, and went to work immediately. They were very clean, competent, and courteous to my family. The furnace and heat pump look great and is working so much better than what I had before. I recommend them highly to all my friends and family.
