The Bee Hive is a local coffee shop/cafe. Everyone that works there is super kind and helpful. They always make my coffee and food exactly how I want it. I recommend trying the Nutella Latte and their salad with the cilantro lime vinaigrette. It is amazing. It is also a great place to meet up with your friends for breakfast/lunch. They always have coffeeshop music playing and it has a nice vibe about it.

Had a nice lunch here with good food, clean but a little pricey. I didnt mind the prices since this is local home cooked good food.

Danville's best new attraction for food and locally sourced goodies. Maybe the best cup of black coffee I have ever had. Handicap ramp in the front and back, relaxing music and my presence is always found at their community work desk where I can drift into my job while enjoying a fair-priced sandwich and joe

Everytime I walk through the door I am greeted by a friendly hello. Their food is always consistently good. Some of the employees even know my order and name as I walk through the door. I highly recommend the grilled cheese extreme, Nutella hot chocolate, and any of theor scrumptious desserts.
Always a great place to meet up wits friends and family or find local produce. Love having it all in one place.response / report this review -

The beehive has great sandwiches, tea, and coffee! Store with selection of tea and coffee available for purchase. Wine served as well.

I LOVE the food, especially the honey shortbread cookies. They have great coffee options as well. The prices are a little high, but you're getting quality handmade food. The atmosphere of the restaurant is awesome. The employees are super friendly and efficient as well!!

The Bee Hive is an adorable little cafe in a small town that doesn't have much else going for it. This homey coffee shop feels like the one of the few pieces of local flair that sets Danville apart from literally every other small town in the midwest. The food is tasty, the coffee is strong (with a free refill too!), and the staff is friendly. The night that I went was a little slow on the service, but that might have been because an entire extended family (cousins, grandparents, about 15 in total) came in and ordered right in front of me. I would recommend the Bee Hive to anyone who is passing through Danville and has a little time to burn.

One of our favorite places for a quick lunch on the weekends, and their coffees are really good too, I stop in whenever I'm in town for a quick cup of good coffee.
