Great place.
I was out of state driver on vacation when I realized I need to renew my CDL medical card.
I call them at 9:30am got appointed for 10:30am and was out by 11am.
2 years ago in Illinois took me 5h to get done.
5* and planning on same vacation in 2 years 🙂

I went to this location after countless phone calls to other businesses I was promptly contacted and set up with a DOT physical the next day. I was greeted when I walked in the door and immediately knew I made the right decision coming to this place. The price was right and I was out their door in under an hour. I am very pleased with the whole experience and recommend it to anyone who is in need of a DOT physical. I will be using this company again when I need another physical in 2 years.

Recently had a DOT physical completed at Dr. Owens office. From start to finish the process was seamless. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Paperwork was completed in the correct manner as well. Would definitely go back.

First time going to SoCal DOT Physicals after all these years of keeping my medical card up to date. Was able to get an appointment the same day. $65 is the most reasonable price I've ever seen for a DOT physical in San Diego. All I had to do was show up with my license and fill out some quick paperwork. The exam itself was quick. No hassles. I have no complaints. Definitely telling my friends.
