  We worked with 911 Restoration after a very stressful flood situation. They were incredibly responsive, thorough, and detail oriented. Omry walked us through the remediation and repair process, ensuring we felt comfortable with each step and the teams working in out home. He and his team were responsive, updating us with further information, arrival times, etc. They addressed all of our questions and fixed any concerns. I am so grateful for the professionalism of this company! I hope you never find yourself in this situation, but if you do need them, I highly recommend 911 Restoration.

  We had an amazing experience with this company. We worked with Omry and he was extremely friendly, communicative, knowledgeable, and professional. They did a wonderful job and sent regular updates with pictures of the progress. We got several quotes from different mold remediation companies and this price was very reasonable for the work that was done. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs mold inspection/remediation.

  We had a flood caused by a burst pipe at our home. The water damage caused a lot of damage to our walls and floors throughout the house. We contacted 911 restoration and they had their team here within the hour on a Sunday night.
  Omry, helped us thoroughly with the insurance claim, from beginning to end.
  Their team was very professional, responsive and efficient.
  They helped us with the water damage, demolition and renovation.
  Our home came out beautiful and we are grateful Omry, his team and 911 restoration for everything that they have done for us.
  We would highly recommend them to anyone we know.

  We discovered a water leak in our ceiling one afternoon and immediately called 911 Restoration. They were there to check out the damage an hour later, got a quote to us that evening (working late to discuss with us specifics of our situation), and started the next day. Everyone we dealt with was personable, professional and willing to take the time to explain clearly and in depth what the source of our water damage was and the best way to treat it. Between Omry, Tom, Anthony and Andrew, we always felt like we were in experienced and friendly hands. Very glad we chose 911 to help us through what was otherwise a bummer of a situation.

  My boyfriend and I had a water leak that ran for several hours causing quite a bit of water damage to our condo.
  
  Tom and his team at 911 restoration were the first to respond out of several "emergency" water damage companies we tried to call. They were the only one willing to come the same night.
  Tom and his team were kind, polite and professional. Receiving this kind of service made this nightmare a much better experience. It was the first time we dealt with water damage, mold damage and from being in complete chaos they were able to help and guide us throguh the process.
  They also worked well with our insurance to get the ball rolling and communicated with our insurance throughout the process.
  
  They did a wonderful job and such a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend!
