Highly recommend them. After doing a lot of research on spas, I found that they sell highly rated products at a fair price with a no-pressure sales approach. Harvey and Wendy go above and beyond for excellent customer service. Last week the heater on my spa was having problems; Harvey came out the very next day to replace it under warranty, no questions asked. I rarely write reviews, but thought Soakers should have their exemplary service acknowledged.

Soakers is a great company to work with! Every time I go there, they are pleasant to work with and customer service oriented. Harvey knows his stuff and has a great deal of industry experience (I think 30+ years). He's there to help you have the best experience possible.

We had Richard out today who was Absolutely Amazing! He walked me through step-by-step on the care and chemical chart for our hot tub! Showed me the problem we were having with the pump and explained what he was doing in detail. Since I’m new to owning a hot tub I was utterly grateful for all the knowledge he provided. Down right the best service we’ve Ever had! Even the wonderful lady in the office that helped me set the appointment was incredibly helpful! We’ve called several hot tub companies and Soakers was here to help just in time!

Soakers has the best customer service. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our swim spa. I am grateful we chose to go with Soakers and will gladly continue to do business with them for many years to come. They are kind, hard working people who you can trust.

Soakers is awesome! We bought our hot tub from them and they were able to easily install it in our less than ideal location. Nothing but positivity in the entire experience and an extremely fair delivery fee. They were very helpful in teaching us how to use the hot tub, how to set things up, and how to maintain it safely. We are very satisfied with our purchase!

Purchased Spa over 10 years ago, couldn't be happier with product, service or the owners and employee's.
Offered repair when at 8 years had a small leak, also described how to DIY How awesome is that?
Always friendly when getting chemicals, automatically includes my discount, and wants to know "how I am doing?"
Owners are so "Old school" about service, I thought they were going to run out and clean the windshield and check the air in my tires on my vehicle when I parked out front ! lol

If I could give 10 stars I would , best place to buy a hot tub and they stand behind there products, Wendy was not pushy at all and was full of knowledge about the products they sell, Harvey did an amazing job installing my new tub and getting it operational . Very happy , I'd also like to add I shopped around at other spa stores and they were all very disappointing do save your self time and money just go to soakers first

I can't say enough for how appreciative I am of Harvey and his team at Soakers. My hot tub stopped working during the holidays and what has been the coldest two weeks of the year. I couldn't find a service tech available to come and troubleshoot and repair my tub. I stumbled upon Harvey and Soakers and he helped talk me through how to troubleshoot the issue. We did this all via phone and text messaging. It ended up being my heater and he not only had the part available, but helped talk me through how to replace the part. This happened over the course of several days. Harvey's help not only saved me costly repair bills, it helped avoid frozen pipes and larger issue. Thank you Harvey, we appreciated your assistance, patience and guidance. We'll definitely buy our next tub from Soakers!
