Jeremy made the process of converting our wood burning stove to gas so easy. He's super friendly and full of useful information. His quote was very competitive and even included installing the gas line. Our new gas fireplace is amazing and toasty warm.

His follow up was great and even stopped by after to give me the serial number.

If you are looking to convert wood to gas, look no further, Alpine Fireplaces and Jeremy are the best!

We had a great experience with Alpine Fireplaces replacing our wood fireplace for a gas one! Their prices are competitive and they always had us at the front of their mind! Skip, Jeremy, and Daniel were all super helpful in getting the install set up and the sales process started.

Then, Jared, JC, and Austin came to do the install and were all very professional! They were sensitive to making sure they took their shoes off and cleaned up the mess. Then, they trained us on how to use and take care of our new fireplace. We love it and would work with them again!

You can't go wrong if you choose Alpine.

We just got an Astria fireplace from Jeremy at the Orem store. Absolutely love it!!! Jeremy was the reason we chose Alpine over other retailers in the area. He was very thoughtful to our needs in his explanation of their product. Had it about a month in a man cave. Now we don’t come out of the room. Waiting for ❄️

I called sales today to get a roof top Fireplace pipe for a Gas Fireplace we purchased last year from Alpine in Orem, UT. They put me on hold after forwarding me to the Parts department for 20 minutes before I gave up to take another meeting. My son called back 6 more times with no answer, got transferred to a machine and one other time in person. No one called him back in those next 5 hours. Their customer service is terrible. Think twice about spending a lot of money with them. The after sale service and follow-up is terrible.
I would NOT recommend this company! Make the trip to Salt Lake City and save the aggravation!

We had a great experience purchasing our gas insert at Alpine Fireplace! The sales staff were great and very thorough. The installers showed up right on time and were very careful to keep things clean and neat. They even offered to stop by in a few weeks to clean the glass, etc. We would highly recommend Alpine Fireplaces in Orem.
