This place is totally on point when it comes to Smoked meats. The brisket had a textbook smoke ring and was tender as can be. The spare ribs and baby back ribs with dry rub we're also great. Their wet baby backs were perfect. The appetizer fried pickles were really good. The fried green tomatoes were disappointing, would like them to have been more crisp and for the dip to have had more of a kicktasted too much like mayo. They have a great bar with good selection of Bourbons, Whiskeys and a must get is the Blueberry Moonshine cocktail.

Lawd have mercy. It was fantastic! Group venue on the second floor. Had plenty of room, private bartender, acoustic music. Smoker has been going even since we got here. Tastes as great as it smells.

The aroma walking up added to the anticipation of the meal to come. I was traveling for work and this was suggested by the locals. It didn't disappoint I've had BBQ all over the country and they were on par with their portions and flavors. Since it was a work lunch I couldn't sample the bourbon selection, but from what I was reading, sounded like a great place to try some local flavors. Definitely give this spot a go if you're in the area.

Get the burnt ends!!
I've been here a few times with my wife and the burnt ends keep bringing me back!! They are the perfect combination of juicy, crispy, and fatty and they are just delicious. The collards and the mac n' cheese are also fantastic. The sweet tea is not overly sweet either, it's a good mix.
I highly recommend this place, just make sure to indulge in those perfect burnt ends.response / report this review -

We came in as a party of 13 with one waitress named Stephanie she was amazing!!! Everyone's drinks were always full all orders came out perfect and she made great conversation with us the entire time. When you come here ask for her!! Oh and the food was good too.

The brisket was pretty good. All of the sides were excellent. The fried pickles were quite good, but very seasoned. The service here is excellent. I very much recommend this restaurant. I thought the marbled brisket was a little too fatty, but you can order it lean for less fat. Everything else was fantastic. Try the chocolate dessert, and the banana pudding.

The SAUCE was awesome. The brisket was tender. You had the choice for a leaner cut of the brisket. The place was busy and our waiter had just started that week. That did not matter. Staff worked well together and Manager took care of all the guests AND employees which is important.

Been there several times with wife and kids eating till we can't eat no more. Baby back ribs are always delicious, brisket so juicy that it will make you come back over and over again. Great cocktails and tasty sides. Mac n cheese so mouthwatering and their collargreens are the best yet we have ever tried. Atmosphere is always pleasant and the staff really make sure your dining experience is always memorable. Yup. It's that good..

Awesome staff. Fantastic prices. Best wings in town. Moonshine cocktail is delicious. Food comes out insanely fast, it's almost overwhelming. If you haven't been, check it out!

Awesome bbq food, and a good selection of scotches and bourbons at the bar. The outdoor seating lacks ambiance, but it's better then nothing. I love this place!

Had a recent refit which i think has imprvoed the interior considerably. Good value food and beers. Shuts fairly early, so check opening times before you travel
