I hate to give one star since we've never had a problem until now. My husband was sent for cold cuts and returned with Bologna subs. Bologna subs which were poorly wrapped so when we opened them they fell apart into a pile of mess. My children and myself couldn't eat it due to how badly mutilated they were. I guess now we know not to order subs from this place. Such a waste of money and food!

I wish I could give no stars. This place did not have our birthday cake ready when it was time to pick it up. We ended up waiting for over 45 minutes for a cake that doesn't meet the specifications ordered in the first place. The cake was sloppy and wrong colors. Katie (the person responsible for the unprofessional and complete disaster of service) tried to state the cake was never paid for. We have receipts showing paid in full five days before the cake was to be picked up. No apologizes have been given and nothing to correct the issue, no offer of discounts, money back- NOTHING!!!! Horrible, horrible service. Buyer beware- I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place.

Custom cakes and cupcakes- make sure you call ahead to reserve your date, they book up fast now that everyone is finding out about this gem! Typically booked 6-8 weeks out

A great selection of pantry staples, as well as a deli with delicious options! Great for a quick lunch. Grab necessities for dinner while you're there. Very nice people as well.

Here's a hidden gem in Smithsburg, MD. The star of the show is their fried chicken. Pressure fried right on site. Absolutely delicious. Other items at the hot foods bar that I would recommend are the Mac and cheese, corn fritters, and fried pickles. Their broccoli salad is good too (ask for extra dressing). They have prepackaged cinnamon rolls right before the hot foods bar that are tasty. Be sure to get the premium cinnamon rolls for extra rich frosting in top. Lots of other food items here too if you just need some kitchen staples. They also make hoagies and have a small salad bar.

The very best chicken anywhere!! Love the food and the people. Fresh baked goods, fresh made subs and sandwiches, hot food bar, something for everyone!! Give it a try, you will be pleasantly surprised.
