Thank you for taking great care of our family member recently. She had left a long list of wishes and Kelly and Dana and the rest of the team met every one of them. The visitation and service at the Chicago location went perfectly along with the streamed and recorded service. Thank you also for shipping her remains to the final resting place in another state and organizing the graveside services there are well. Thank you for helping with our aunt and several other family and friends in the past.

The Smith-Corcoran team went above and beyond delivering exceptional service. From start to finish, they provided counsel, guidance, comfort, professionalism and expertise. Every detail was handled with exceptional care and attention. They lightened our load as we walked this final path with our mother. It felt like they were part of the family. Our family is forever grateful for the way in which everything was handled and we have beautiful memories as a result.

Jay and team were fantastic throughout the entire experience. My father-in-law directed funerals for 50 years, and through conversations over the years, I have learned a few things about the business. SC exceeded expectations in almost every facet. My mother was very happy with their empathic and patient approach, which was a big deal to my siblings and me. Pricing was fair and they go to great lengths to make the whole process as easy as possible. I’m sure that our requests were different than others, and they worked with us to make everything go over well. Thanks to Jay and the team!

I had attended my best friends, moms funeral at this location and everyone was so great. So when my dad passed away unexpectedly, we called Smith-Corcoran to help us with the arrangements. And we spoke with JACKIE who was just awesome. She made the process so easy she was very kind and understanding of the whole situation and from the moment my dad was picked up from the day of the funeral everyone was so brief and accommodating. I really appreciated the service that was given to us during this hard time. I’m just grateful to have had them take care of my dad during this time. They are definitely an amazing team.

I would like to extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to Jay and his team at Smith-Corcoran for the care and kindness he showed myself and my family. Jay helped ease a very difficult time and walked us through all the decisions in preparation for the wake and funeral. His attention to detail and calming presence is exactly what we needed and as a result, everything was taken care of as planned.
