I hired Smith Brothers to build a $23,000 garage, when it was still owned by a Smith. Great guy and he was honest, but retired and sold. The new company owners never returned calls or would provide excuses when I got a hold of them. They did not repair or remedy any concerns. I would never use them again.

I have been dealing with "management" who are rude, place inappropriate collection calls DEMANDING payments that have been paid in full. They have NO communication between the builder and the joke of administration. I knew the original owners and he was really a great and honest guy. Very sad to see what has happened.
