  This was my first experience here at Smiles on Randolph. Hands down it was the most phenomenal dental experience I have ever had!! The customer service was AMAZING. Everyone was so friendly, they were well staffed, they gave me a tour of the entire facility. Dr. Sim was very personable and explained everything. To top it off they gave me a birthday cupcake.

  I had not been to the dentist in awhile so I had a lot of anxiety and very nervous. From the moment I walked in everyone from the front desk, hygienists, techs, and Dr Sim were all extremely welcoming and friendly. They answered all of my concerns and reassured me that I was in the right place. I enjoyed hearing all about my hygienist’s adventures w/her husband and about her yorkie. She made me feel so comfortable as she was cleaning my teeth. My husband has nothing but great things to say as well. I know I made the right choice for my family w/this dental office. Smiles on Randolph is definitely a one of a kind!

  I’ve been going to Dr. Sim for over 10 years now, and this was my first appointment at their new facility. I have loved seeing their practice grow, and their efficiency is always top notch. This facility is beautiful, and the people are incredibly friendly and helpful. I feel like my dental health is always a priority, and Dr. Sim never pushes unnecessary dental work. One time I ever cracked my tooth in half. Instead of suggesting I get a cap, he was able to create a filling to replace my missing tooth. I trust any of his recommendations without a doubt.

  I've been under the care of Dr. Sim for 22 years. In my opinion he's the best dentist in Northwest Indiana. This practice is terrific. Pain-free, gentle touch and cutting-edge technology. It's rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for his patients. His staff is exceptional. Well trained, professional and friendly. The best dental care I have ever experienced! Would highly recommend to anyone! Thank you, Dr. Sim and staff for 2 decades of excellent service.

  Walking into the office of Doctor Sims you are immediately greeted by an environment of comfort and warmth. The staff is friendly and welcoming and always make you feel comfortable and at ease.
  Doctor Sims at Smiles on Randolph is amazing and professionals who utilizes the latest state of the art equipment in dental technology to make your visit a very pleasant one. They take the time to explain the procedures they are going to do, and the instruments being used. Their office is extremely clean and top notch. This really gives a feeling of reassurance. Doctor Sims really does go the extra mile to make sure there is no pain or discomfort in each procedure. I came in for a root canal and a cleaning and the entire team made sure there is no discomfort before, during or after both procedures. They also do follow-up post procedure checkups to make sure all is well.
  I had work done by Dr Sims with assistance from Dina and Carissa They all work really flawlessly together.
  A special shout out to Melissa , who did my cleaning. She did an amazing job and my mouth felt so great, I didn’t want to eat for the rest of the day 😁😁
  
  Ohh and I forgot to mention Dr Sims personally gave me a call after hrs the day of my root canal procedure to see how I am feeling, I must say this office by far has meet all my expectations in every aspect.
