Overall experience was great! The office staff was very friendly. Patrice exemplified excellent customer service, and Dr. Akbar Jafferally makes getting dental work a breeze. Would recommend this dental location to anyone!

Conveniently placed next to the Greatwood community, office was well maintained and staff was very friendly.

Dr. Jafferally was very informative and straightforward about the work I needed for my oral health. He is a little straight to the point, which some ppl might take as bad bedside manner but he honestly just wants to make things clear from the beginning.

I had insurance but I had to pay out of pocket for my specific cleaning. The prices didn’t seem unreasonable to me compared to any other dentist place, but that’s dependent upon your budget.

My only slight complaint would be that the place seemed understaffed and undertrained . I was told that this place had been open for years but it felt like it opened 2 days ago, based off my experience with the dental assistants.

I still wouldn’t mind recommending this place to other family members.

amazing service! my doctor was great and very helpful made me feel like coming to the dentist wasn’t so scary! i didn’t feel a thing and i got a whole tooth removed! loved the lady in the front too she was the best! i will definitely will be coming back!

This was my first visit to the office. The staff was friendly and helpful. Dr Jafferally was very attentive and thoroughly went over the x-rays and treatment plan. The hygienist did a great job as well. Will definitely return.

I knew I needed quite a bit of work done so I was nervous to go in for several reasons but all of that nervousness went right out the window when I was greeted. The staff is absolutely fantastic! So friendly, welcoming, understanding, etc. I needed a deep cleaning, filling and extraction and Dr. Akbar Jafferally and his were amazing! They did excellent work and most importantly to me, made me feel comfortable the entire time! Can’t recommend them enough!
