  I only have good things to say about Innovative! It was time for my 4 year old daughter to have her first dentist visit. They worked their magic on my teeth, so I knew she’d be in good hands! Allison and Abby were so great with her and Abby was able to clean and polish my girl’s teeth. They made her feel so comfortable and my girl had a blast and even said “it’s so much for at the dentist!” Dr. Megan was able to see her which made my heart very happy. She has such a calming presence. If anyone is scared taking their children to the dentist, I highly recommend Innovative Dental! They are absolutely wonderful ;)

  I have been a patient of Dr.Olson since he opened the office. The staff is amazing where ever you go. Front desk to finance. Everything is top notch. I would like to use this form to say that my dental hygienist Jackie is the best I have ever had. She is sweet, kind, caring, compassionate, and amazing at her profession. Entire staff is caring.

  Love this place! Staff and facility are awesome!!!
  I never worry about my children and their experience with Innovative Dental! The facility is second to none! It’s like stepping into a resort! Incredible place and the staff is so friendly! I look forward to seeing them at my next appointment! It almost makes you stay more up to date on all your dental care!

  I was in a great deal of pain and looking for a new dentist when I found Innovative Dental in Springfield. I googled best and most gentle dentist in Springfield and found this office. They were able to get me in to be seen within 20 minutes of me calling their office. I needed a root canal and they sent me straight over from their office to Dr Massey's. They were gentle, explained what was going on and what needed to be done. I came back today and had my crown put in, it was relatively painless. Anna and Dr Megan were wonderful, the entire staff is awesome! I have found our new dentist.

  Kelsey did an amazing job! The atmosphere and customer interaction at Innovative is top tier. Kelsey did a great job balancing small talk and work, offered knowledge on the care for my teeth and recommended different options. The excitement for my new smile is highly anticipated by myself and the Innovative family #invisalign. I’d highly recommend anyone to go visit Dr.O and his team. I’m excited to be welcomed into the new location shortly. Oh and to top it off the coffee is top notch!
