  The dental staff at Smiles of Ocoee is both friendly and professional. They made us feel like family the moment we walked through the door. We also appreciated the time they spent with us discussing our dental plans. Their costs are reasonable and they offer modern technology for a great experience. Highly recommended.

  Coming from someone who absolutely feared the dentist and refused to go for years, walking into this place made me feel at ease immediately. The front staff was so helpful and managed to get me a spot a day earlier than my scheduled appointment. Once there the dental assistant Amber took all of my x-rays and helped me feel more comfortable in a medical establishment than I ever have before. The stress Ive had for years about going to the dentist have been erased thanks to her kindness for her patients and passion for her work. She explained everything she was doing in a way they made sense and then helped me understand the treatment options that are available for me. The dentist came in and was gentle and fast and gave me a treatment plan that I look forward to working on with himself , Amber and the team over there. I couldn’t say enough nice things about the group. Thanks again to everyone over there , but if you have a chance, request Amber, you’ll be in great hands.!

  Service at this facility is phenomenal!
  Front desk, dental assistant, and the dentist himself were all beyond amazing with their customer service and treatment.
  Amber the dental assistant was a joy to deal with, very pleasant and made me feel like I was a long time patient, though it was only my 1st visit. Dr. Navarrete was kind, gentle in his practice, and communicative. He sets the standard for a dentist you Want to visit. They are out of my insurance network, but I'm considering getting their insurance just because of their customer service.
  Highly recommended!

  Simply an outstanding experience. I’m extremely pleased to have come across Smiles of Ocoee. The whole experience I had today surpassed my expectations. The front desk was very welcoming, kind, and accommodating. Natasha is the best. She was very warm, approachable and kind. She helped me with all the imaging, and dental cleaning as well as explained every process along the way and answered all my questions. I was very grateful to have met Dr. Freddy Mezquia; he was welcoming and he took his time. He addressed all the issues with my teeth. Constructed a treatment plan and answered all my questions. I’m very pleased with this experience and will be following with Smiles of Ocoee onward. Thank you.

  I absolutely LOVE this dentist office; they are definitely consistent across the board. The front desk staff is pleasant and accommodating. I appreciate how punctual they are as well. Let me not forget to add how extremely clean the facility is and how high-tech they are with all of their equipment.
  
  It was my 3rd visit here (the first 2 times were for a cleaning); this time I came in for a filling (yikes, nerve-wracking), and of course, like many, I DO NOT like needles. I shared that with the tech, and shortly after, he came in the room with a laser machine (instead of a needle to numb the area). I was skeptical; however, they explained what the machine does and how it works (it’s the new thing). They were not lying when they said I would not feel anything; I felt nothing! The procedure was done in less than 10 minutes (NO LIE). They have changed how I feel about and see the dental industry.
