Bought a vehicle for my daughter here and I would definitely do it again! I had a great experience and ask for Bill The finance manager. He has an awesome attitude! I will be back when it's my turn to buy a vehicle!

My son purchased a 2008 Impala from there several months ago. The car had 56K miles on it. They had to fix a lot of things because the car had set for a while. My son didn't get the car out of the parking lot without breaking down. The shop fixed some more things on it. We had to get the car inspected a second time because the tags didn't come in within 30 days. We never got reimbursed for it. Then the bearings went out. The shop only wanted to pay for one which was $90 a piece. As the mechanic was putting the bearing on, he noticed the fuel lines and all underneath the car is rusted. I sent a message to the owner of this place with no response. Now my son has no choice but to resell the car. Be careful when buying vehicles from this place. Make sure you get the vehicle checked out by your own mechanic. That's what we should've done. Now my 22 year old son has to sell this vehicle because one thing after another keeps happening. Absolutely makes no sense whatsoever. We will never purchase another vehicle from this place!!

Made the car buying process easy on me! I Showed up to the dealership and they just sold the vehicle I was interested in. Thankfully they mentioned they can locate one and have it there within a week! A week later I was one happy customer, the car was everything dreamed of and more. Thank you Smart Cars!

This company sold my mom a Lexus RX with bald tires which nearly killed my brother and I in light rain. Check engine came on and car was purchased less than a month ago. Also had aftermarket CD player installed and it barely works with the display posting error messages on every start up. Place is a sham and will tell you anything you want to hear to make a sell. My mom is a recent widow and was really taken advantage of by this typical used car salesman. My advice is to pay more upfront for a reputable dealership and warranty or pay for problems over a period of time.

Todd was my Salesman and he was very easy to deal with! My credit situation isn't the best and todd pointed me in the correct direction car wise and introduced me to Bill! Thank goodness for these guys I have a second chance with an auto loan.

I bought a Honda Accord from those people in August 2014, and the car is still in great condition. I have to say this is an honest business. They told me when I was negotiating this is ready to go car and they have taken care of everything in it, and they are right. In three years I just needed to stop by gas stations and change the oil.

I highly recommend Smart Cars and am sorry that it's taken me so long to write this review! I was in the market for a Toyota Sienna last fall and traveled from Greensboro to Raleigh and then back to Pittsboro and surrounding areas to look at those currently on the market. So many of these experiences were disappointing (to say the least!), but Todd did his level best to make the experience as painless as possible, even when it became clear that I wouldn't be buying from him. In fact, everyone I met at Smart Cars did! I ended up purchasing a vehicle from out of state only because I was looking for a specific year and special features, but if I ever need another vehicle, I'll definitely return to Smart Cars.

I purchased a used car from Smart Cars (from Todd) for my son who is a college student at UNC, Chapel Hill. I managed the entire purchase transaction from out of state and never once set foot on their premises. Everything went extremely smooth, no hiccups or bumps, Smart Cars did everything they said they would. Their communication, responsiveness and service was excellent. Smart Car's mechanic gave the car a once over inspection and they repaired a couple of things on the car prior to my son picking it up. My son is very pleased with the car. I'm very pleased my son is in a safe, reliable car. I feel fortunate my online shopping trail ended up at this used car dealer.

A true family business with people who care. I wouldn't go anywhere else when buying a car. Buying a used car is always iffy because who knows what could happen, but you can bet, Bert will take care of you. A+ in my book all day long.

I originally went to delgato auto inc in Pittsboro nc in desperate need of a car and was sold somthing that broke down in a month leaving me and my finance without a car. We saved a small down payment and went to smart cars by weiland and they bent over backwards for me. And it wasn't easy with our situation of rebuilding credit and trying to build a good life from an unstable foundation. And now as of last week we have the best car we have ever had. 2011 Chevy cruise! Which is litterally perfect. I detailed the entire car and only found one scuff that you can't even see. My payments are reasonable and the people were kind and genuinally seemed to care and also seemed to genuinally feel good and proud to have helped us. Smart cars by weiland is number one in my book. I can not thank the staff enough.

We purchased a 2007 Honda Accord and I love it. We have had it for four months and haven't had an issue at all. Friendly service, and the auto detailer was awesome. I will return again to have my car cleaned, and I would buy another car from them ANYTIME!
