Sleep organics has top quality mattresses at good prices. Also the best customer service we have ever had--not an overstatement. We were relocating and the store owner was incredibly helpful and accommodating in helping us pick out mattresses while living out of the area. We went back and purchased an additional two mattresses because of the quality, but specifically because of the owner's approach to customer service.

We've just bought our mattress and we LOVE it! The help we got from the sales person working there was very professional, detailed, accurate, full of medical advice (WOW!!!) and if it was not for HIM we would probably continue searching and looking for the mattress somewhere else, but this person convinced us we are in the right place and patiently guided us through all kinds of choices offered in this AMAZING STORE so we made our purchase. Since then we wake up in the morning full of energy, feeling 10 years younger!!! It is not just a new mattress, it is the comfort and tremendous improvement of quality of our life and sleeping time. It is also the confidence we spent our money really good - actually we don't consider it an expense, it was a wise investment in our health. No headache, no back pain, no numbness of our hands any more. They say "investments with instant return don't exist" - well they are wrong - they do exist at the "SLEEP ORGANICS" store in Sarasota !!! Our instant return was getting our health back. THANK YOU VERY MUCH friendly "organic mattress people" :)

If you want a bed that goes way above and beyond the hype that other mattress stores try to sell you on, you can’t go wrong here. The owners are so knowledgeable and helpful and they carry a very wide range of healthy-sleep options. I was so pleasantly surprised to find out that even though I didn’t have a huge budget, I could get the kind of bed I really wanted to have - where I don’t have to worry about what chemicals I’m exposing myself and my family to.
I’ve had my new bed for just a few days so far, and it’s truly changed my outlook on life! Good sleep is EVERYTHING.report this review -

My overall experience of shopping for a new organic mattress was good here. The sales girl was very helpful and patient with us. I have had my bed for maybe a year now- I am happy with the comfort of the mattress and that it is toxic free! Thank you

I wish I could them 5 stars. It was certainly 5 stars right up until we received our mattress. They were helpful and stayed on task, checking in with us, etc. We received our mattress and within a month realized it wasn't the one for us. It had coils in the bottom and we realized we didn't want to go back to any coils. I called about returning it and ordering a much expensive pure latex one. I was told they didn't do returns. How can you not do returns on a mattress? The manufacturer would have taken the return if we had ordered directly from them, so it was a big expensive penalty to not buy direct. In the end, we ordered another mattress from a manufacturer that sold latex and had 120 day return policy and have been very happy. Unfortunately , we now have an extra mattress we are trying to figure out what to do with.
