So far it has not been pleasant nor efficient: my original choice was coil midfirm, and unfortunately Steven suggested foam. Downhill from there. It took a month to arrive and was undersized, manufacturer’s mistake, so for some reason they brought me the floor model. This one smells of the antiseptic spray they use every morning. No one is taking my call nor giving me a resolution. Clearly they sell irreguar mattreses at full prices.

I can't say enough great things about the level of customer service this store provides! Walking into the store, I was a little intimidated by how huge it actually is, and all of the different options available. Chris assisted me in determining the best mattress for both my needs and budget. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and really went above and beyond to ensure I was informed and comfortable with my purchase. A true gem! Thank you so much for making a somewhat daunting task a whole lot easier, Chris!

Highly recommend The Sleep Center. I was in their Ocala store about 11:30 this morning and my new mattress was delivered at 3 pm. The salesman at the store was very accommodating and easy to deal with. The delivery guys were early, called before they arrived, let me vacuum the carpet before they put the new mattress in place, helped me put the dust ruffle on and were generally extremely nice. I could not have asked for better service. A 5 star experience.
