Every one of the people who have come out for calls for service are excellent. They are very responsive and knowledgeable about the "pest" in question but also the nature of the proposed treatments.

I was able to schedule an appointment within two days of my initial call. Rob arrived promptly, and assured me that the stuff he was using for the ants would not harm my dog or us. Twenty four hours later, the ants were gone! I would def recommend.

NOTE: I'm using a pseudonym so there is no retaliation.
We stopped using Skyway several years ago because: #1-They failed to take adequate measures to ensure the rats were removed from under my shed before blocking their exit. This resulted in a disgusting, putrid smell of dead animal - during the heat of the summer. I had to rip up flooring to remove decaying stench. Before Skyway tech blocked the hole I asked what if the rat was still in there "Don't worry".
#2-Prior to that incident a tech failed to replace the broken and missing termite cover in an obvious location during the monthly visit.
#3 -Finally, Skyway's owner Guy made negative comments about my new car. Thanks, but nobody asked your opinion of my $70K car.
Hopefully things have changed since then.

Unfortunately I had termites eating holes in my pool liner. Guy came out looked over my property priced out the job and then proceeded to install termite bait traps. Guy truely cares about his customers and his employees are awesome as well. I highly recommend Skyway Pest Management for all your pest problems
