They were very unprofessional, and the lady at the front desk doesn’t even greet you at all when you come in, and she is rude. I was told Dr Pena couldn’t see me after I made it to my appointment when I had spoken to someone several times before my appointment. So they could have told me before I got there. They had me fill out my paperwork, call me to the back just to tell me that I couldn’t be seen. I would never refer anyone there.

I was told to get here 1 hour early to fill out paperwork. Doctor is over 30 min late to my appointment because he’s at lunch and I get a 5 minute appointment. I would not recommend this doctor.

LOVE the physicians in this practice! With the recent ice storm I had fallen and landed on my hand. Thankful it was only bad bruising but Dr. Pena and staff were incredible!!
