We had a great time at Harry Potter land !! It was so fun to finally see the shops and walk the alleys. We visited the wand shop and ride the rides. the detail is awesome!! I also enjoyed the food and the butter beer was delicious !! Just don't go on a weekend. Too many people.

I came the week after it first opened, hoping that it'll be less crowded. It wasn't as crowded as I imagined but there were still a lot of people. My friend and I came here when it opened at 9am, just to beat the crowd. After reading some tips for how to conquer the park, we decided to listen to the write of the article and went straight to the back of the park for the rides first. It was the best idea, ever! I suggest you to do the same, just so you can get the rides out of the way. I only waited 20 minutes MAX for each ride compared to the hour plus wait later in the day. I also suggest going single rider for the 3D ride (in the castle) because there was almost no lines at all.

Great park, but entry fee for ticket is far too steep. The sets are impressive and the butterbeer is quite good. Young kids would absolutely love this portion of the park.

Prices make Disneyland seem like a bargain. Plastic wands are $50. You can't go through Hogwarts unless you're 48inches or more. My 5 year old watched all the movies and wanted to go through so bad, but couldn't. Cool atmosphere though.

Upfront - my family and I had been waiting to see this for quite a few months, so it can go either way - lived up to expectations or falls beneath. This was at expectations. We loved the forbidden journey ride and Hogsmeade itself. The kids grabbed an interactive wand and had some fun. The wait for Ollivanders wand shop is not worth it. You can still buy whatever wand you want without going through the lengthy wait for the 'experience' (although, we had a Make a Wish kid chosen and that was worth it on that occasion). There is plenty of merchandise, but you can get it elsewhere, but the wand selection is worth it, if you are into that.

As for the butter beer, that can be really steep, particularly in a mug. They don't display prices, so ask upfront.

Great job on the layout and land. The village is cozy , the shops plentiful, and the castle just epic . We were there for a test run one night when they powered the place up and it shut down and zapped half the park for hours ! Quite an experience

Awesome place to visit for any HP fan. Just be sure to skip the lame rollercoaster outside the castle. Two spins and you're done in less than a minute. Food area was nice, huge yummy portions.

The best of the world's that are up for offer at the Universal Studios theme park. The forbidden ride is so awesome that I lost myself in the graphics. A must for potter heads!

Surprisingly well done. Happened to go on a day when it wasn't PACKED and rode the rides several times without waiting. The attention to detail is great. Great for a HP fan.

Outstanding and Amazing! I'm a huge fan of Harry Potter, and this is the real thing. Highly recommend hot Butter Beer and the Bangers and Mash! Picked up a hawthorn wand, it's great to use at all the interactive spots

Just got back from visiting the Wizarding World of Harry Potter and had an amazing time overall! Our favorite ride was Escape from Gringott's and simply being in the atmosphere was great. We had park to park passes, so we were able to ride the Hogwarts Express. However, if we were to go again, we would just do 1 park per day as the train ride was certainly not worth the extra cost! Worth the trip for anyone who is a fan of the books and/or movies!

Wish the butter beer wasn't frozen
Watch out for people pointing using their magic wands.
Take dramamine if you know what it is, before the flying ride, which is totally worth it if you can. Worth the wait if you can stand in line for it, too.
If you can't stand that annoying girl in the bathroom from the movie, use a different restroom.
Overall, wife was pleased, which makes any trip better.

I don't care if this is smaller than Harry Potter World in Orlando - this was still some of the most fun I've ever had in a theme park (yes, even more than Disneyland). I love how you become immersed in the world of Harry Potter. Interactive wands are a must - our kids, even though they were too little to ride the rides - never tired of doing magic for both the days we spent at the park. Butterbeer is exactly as good as everyone says it is. Frozen is the best, but the other two varieties we tried were excellent, too.

Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey is one of the best amusement park rides I've been on. We appreciated the excellent child swap room at the front of the line so that our kids could enjoy the Harry Potter movie while my wife and I enjoyed the attraction.

We've already made plans to return later this year. Highly recommended.
