My family & I were in a rush to sell. We contacted many companies and people who bought houses cash. It was very frustrating as many of them tried to lowball us or would make the process sound very complicated or just disappeared. Then we received a post card from the Sisters. We looked them up and felt confident we were dealing with a good company. We contacted them and Angus came and saw the house that same day! He was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and understood exactly what we were trying to do. We had many questions through the entire process and he was always available to answer them. Angus and the Sisters made the entire process easy and stress free. The closing was very smooth. We definitely recommend the Sisters Who Buy Houses!
I would like to say it was just great working with Marina & Natasha. They were knowledgeable & courteous & were very patient and they answered all my questions. The entire process was completely clear for me and upfront. The service was exceptional. I would highly recommend the Sisters Who Buy Houses to anyone with no hesitation.
Angus and the Sisters answered my questions patiently and responded so quickly! I have been through numerous real estate transactions in the past (including listing on MLS). The communication was great through out and we closed quickly. They helped me save a good deal of money too by not using agents and not paying for the closing. Thank you! Your services have been invaluable.
This company will not stop sending mail. It isn’t a exaggeration to say I have left more than ten voicemails asking for letters to stop. Eventually I faked interest in selling a home to them so I would get a call back. The gentleman I spoke with (obviously not one of the sisters) assured me the mail would stop.
Our son’s lived in a home we purchased by U of L and they graduated so we needed to sell it. We received a fair price and did not have to go through the hassles of listing, negotiating, and repairs. Great service and fair with their clients. If we ever had a need, we would call the sisters again.
