My family & I were in a rush to sell. We contacted many companies and people who bought houses cash. It was very frustrating as many of them tried to lowball us or would make the process sound very complicated or just disappeared. Then we received a post card from the Sisters. We looked them up and felt confident we were dealing with a good company. We contacted them and Angus came and saw the house that same day! This company will not stop sending mail. It isn’t a exaggeration to say I have left more than ten voicemails asking for letters to stop. Eventually I faked interest in selling a home to them so I would get a call back. The gentleman I spoke with (obviously not one of the sisters) assured me the mail would stop.

Our son’s lived in a home we purchased by U of L and they graduated so we needed to sell it. We received a fair price and did not have to go through the hassles of listing, negotiating, and repairs. Great service and fair with their clients. If we ever had a need, we would call the sisters again.
