I've had to request my medical records 6x, and called the office 13 times throughout the day and never got a human being. I'm extremely frustrated!

Always accommodating for emergency appointments. Dr. Hichme is thorough & quick. Very understanding & easy to talk to.

I returned to Dr. Kotsonis after nearly 20 years upon returning to the area and I must say I was pleased and impressed by the general office procedures (scheduling, check-in/out, etc) and with the enthusiasm and care by Dr. Kotsonis (manner, interest in me, time spent, etc) and his staff. After battling chronic illness for over 20 years I have little patience with the medical profession and my recent visits have been a refreshing change and my faith and trust in the medical profession is being renewed.

Had appointment scheduled for 3:30 , showed up at 2:40. Filled out all paperwork by 3:05 , sat and watched as multiple people that came after me were brought in before me. I am still here at 3:50 and not happy. What a joke, very
unprofessional. Thought i would update its 5:12 and still no Dr. Worst Dr office i have ever been too, and thats pretty bad as a veteran thats been to the VA downtown detroit.response / report this review -

I have been going to this doctors office for 14 years. My current doctor at this practice is wonderful, however the staff is awful. After speaking with Sharon from billing she thought she had put me on hold and did not, I heard her call me trash because I could not make a payment at the time. After speaking with a medical assistant about the situation and leaving a message for my doctor I did not get a response back. I have been hospitalized for this condition and for them to refuse service to me over a small fee that I was not notified about as well as being called "trash" is appalling. After countless phone calls trying to communicate with my doctor and instead getttibg bored housewives with no experience I have given up and will be going to the hospital for my illness so that I do not have to get addmitted once again for my ailment. The staff is awful and I'm sad to say that after this experience I willl no longer be going to silver pine
